Terms and Conditions
All payments processed on the 1st of each month via automatic debit to the card you have stored on file. Our classes run for the entire school year unless otherwise stated upon registration. Do not manually pay for your class separately. If you wish to cancel, do so by the 25th of the month by emailing 'Cancel' to Info@langokidsatlanta.com.
Program Referral Discount: You will receive 1 month free when you help Lango start a parent-paid enrichment program in a school or daycare.
Registration Fee: A school year fee of $30/child, $50/family will be assessed for the school year. Please contact us at (678) 801-6001 if your are registrering for more than one class, so that your account is not charged multiple registration fees.
Re-enrollment Fee: Should your child withdraw during the school year and you wish to re-enroll them during the same school year, a re-enrollment fee of $15 shall be applied to your account.
Sibling Discounts: Regular classes - 15% sibling discount on every child after the first one.
Late Registrations: Late registrations are prorated with a credit being applied toward the second month of classes.
Make up classes Daycare/Preschools: We do not offer make up classes or refunds unless the class is cancelled by Lango. In cases of inclement whether only, we will do our best to work with the school to schedule a make up class within one week. However, sometimes a school's schedule may not allow time for a make up class, in which case one will not be held. No refunds will be issued.
Make up classes: Your child is welcome to attend an after school or Saturday class in Midtown within the same age group provided there is a class during that same session, otherwise there will be no make up classes offered for classes due to your child's absence for illness, family vacations, or other unexpected events that prevent your child from attending class. On a case-by-case basis we may offer an account credit due to extenuating circumstances.
Drop-in classes missed will be credited towards a future Saturday class at the parent's request. There are no refunds.
Holidays: Monthly prices take into account NO classes during:
The monthly pricing remains the same for the entire school year that your child is enrolled with us.
Withdrawals: AUTOMATIC monthly billing takes place on the 1st of each month from the card stored on your account. If your child(ren) will no longer be attending class, please cancel by the 25th of the month (email: 'CANCEL' to firstname.lastname@example.org) so we can cancel the automatic billing on the 1st of the month. Once the automatic billing has been processed for that month and your card has been charged, withdrawal/refund requests will be charged a $20 service fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No verbal withdrawals to the teacher or administrator of your child's school will be accepted. All withdrawals must be sent to the Program Director.
No withdrawals sent via the 'Contact Us' form on our website will be accepted.
Refunds for Classes paid monthly: All monthly payments are nonrefundable. Should a cancellation be necessary a credit for the unused portion will be added to your account for use up to one (1) year from the date of cancellation. No credits are given for any registration fees or materials fees.
Private Group Refund: All private class sessions are paid in full up front. No refunds for registrations with private classes unless the class is cancelled by Lango.
Refunds for Art/Music Class Workshops: All payments are nonrefundable. Should a cancellation be necessary a credit will be added to your account for use up to one (1) year from the date of cancellation. No credits are given for any registration fees or materials fees. A credit will only be issued when the cancellation is made in advance of the start of the workshop.
Refunds for Spanish/Chinese Club: All Spanish/Chinese Clubs are paid in full up front. No refunds for registrations for after school Spanish/Chinese Clubs unless the class is cancelled by Lango or the school.
No refunds will be issued for missed classes due to your child's absence for illness, field trips, unexpected school closure or school event, or family circumstances.
No refunds for missed drop-in classes on Saturdays. Drop-in classes missed will be credited towards a future Saturday class at the parent's request only.
No refunds for classes that have already occurred with the exception of your child's very first class.
Full refunds will be issued for classes cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
Right to combine classes: We reserve the right to combine classes which do not have the sufficient number of registered children. This may result in classes with mixed age groups.
School class cancellation: If a class is cancelled due to inclement weather or school closure for any reason, we will not hold classes.

Do not give the check to the school/play space your child attends.
Do not give the check to the teacher.
Returned checks/NSF: There is a $35 fee on all returned/NSF checks.
Please mail on time (by the 25th) for the next month. We don't want to call you asking where your check is. Thank you! ;)
Please inform us of any medical, physical, behavioral or emotional challenges your child may have. This form is required for all students - (Medical form click Health Form)
Waiver of Liability and Parent Consent
As a condition of the student's and parent's ("Participants") participation in the Program, the Participants agree to release and hold Lango Kids Atlanta, LLC, its directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, agents and volunteers (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Lango") harmless for injury, loss, delay, or any damage and expense incurred by the Participants due to : (i) any incident beyond Lango Kids Atlanta's reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, crimes of violence, acts of war, or government actions and restrictions; (ii) any events directly or indirectly caused by intentional or negligent acts or omissions by any third party, including but not limited to a member, guest, employee or agent of the host facility or any other persons on the host facility campus; (iii) any liability or expense, including court costs and attorney's fees, resulting from any injury, loss or any other damage or expense caused by the Participant during his/her participation in the Program. This indemnity shall survive termination of this Agreement of final payment hereunder.
As a condition of my child(ren)'s attendance of and participation in classes, I hereby authorize Lango, in the event of an emergency or other medical urgency, to secure such medical attention as Lango reasonably deems necessary for my child(ren) and to execute any required consent forms as necessary for the administration of medical care to my child(ren). I further understand and agree that I will remain responsible for any and all costs incurred during such treatment, regardless of whether the costs are covered by insurance.
